01
Memberships & Credits
-
Our Founding 100 is reserved for BYBS’s first 100 qualifying members and includes a grandfathered $75 monthly membership rate while qualifying continuous membership is maintained.
Founding status can remain with you if you freeze or change membership tiers, but it ends if you completely cancel your membership.
-
BYBS memberships are designed to make consistent self-care easier while giving you more flexibility and better pricing along the way. Your monthly benefits are added after each successful membership payment, and you can always purchase additional services at your membership rate.
Memberships begin with a three-month commitment and continue month-to-month after that.
-
Yes. Included membership credits remain available for up to 120 days from the date each credit is issued, as long as your membership remains active.
Each credit has its own expiration date, so your entire balance doesn’t expire at once. When you have multiple eligible credits, we’ll use the oldest one first.
-
Yes. While your membership is active, you can convert one unused 60-minute massage credit into three wellness sessions.
The three wellness credits keep the same expiration date as the original massage credit, and once converted, the change can’t be reversed.
-
Absolutely. Active members may gift up to six eligible unused services per membership year.
The recipient receives the service—not your membership pricing or other member benefits—and the gifted service keeps its original expiration date.
-
Yes. If you’d rather enjoy an 80- or 110-minute massage, your included 60-minute massage credit can be applied toward the appointment. You’ll simply pay the difference between your membership rate for the 60-minute massage and the longer service.
-
Yes. Memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days per membership year in 30-day increments.
While your membership is frozen, billing and new monthly benefits pause, and your existing eligible credit expiration dates are extended by the length of the freeze. Member pricing and discounts are also paused until your membership becomes active again.n
-
Of course. You can upgrade at any time or schedule the change for your next billing date. If you upgrade immediately, you’ll pay the difference between your current membership and the new tier and receive the additional benefits of the higher tier.
Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
-
Yes. After your initial three-month commitment, your membership continues month-to-month.
If you cancel before your next recurring payment has processed, that renewal will be stopped. If your payment has already processed, you’ll keep your membership through the paid period and cancellation will take effect before the following renewal.
-
Already-earned credits don’t necessarily disappear immediately.
After your membership ends, eligible unused credits may be used until the earlier of their original expiration date or 60 days after your membership ends. Membership pricing and other membership privileges end when the membership ends.
02
Booking & Appointment
-
Appointments may be scheduled in advance based on availability. Members can also reserve future appointments before their next monthly benefit is issued; the applicable credit simply needs to be available by the time it is redeemed.Founding status can remain with you if you freeze or change membership tiers, but it ends if you completely cancel your membership.
-
Yes. Many BYBS experiences can be enjoyed during the same visit, subject to availability and individual service eligibility.
We'll help you arrange your services in an appropriate order, and health or safety considerations may affect which experiences can be combined.
This is especially useful because your Tech + Touch model is designed to encourage people to use multiple modalities.
-
Absolutely. You’re welcome to schedule or purchase a service for someone else.
Membership pricing and benefits are personal to the member, though. If you'd like someone to use one of your eligible membership credits, we'll help you complete the credit-gifting process.
-
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we'll do our best to provide as much of your scheduled service as possible without affecting the guest booked after you.
For more significant delays, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If you're running late, give us a call so we know you're on your way.
-
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the applicable service rate. If you're using a membership credit, your credit stays on your account with its original expiration date rather than being forfeited.
I like emphasizing that last part because your policy is actually quite member-friendly.
Memberships begin with a three-month commitment and continue month-to-month after that.
-
Occasionally, an unexpected therapist absence, equipment issue, or other circumstance may require us to adjust an appointment. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and do our best to find an appropriate alternative.
If BYBS causes a meaningful disruption to your scheduled service, we'll work with you to make it right.
I prefer “make it right” here rather than publicly promising a complimentary wellness session for every BYBS cancellation. Your internal policy already tells staff exactly when that recovery benefit applies.
03
Massage Therapy
-
Before your visit, you’ll have the option to complete your intake form electronically, giving you more time to settle in and enjoy your experience once you arrive. If you haven’t completed it ahead of time, no worries—you can complete it when you check in at BYBS.
Once your intake is complete and when appropriate for you, you’ll have the opportunity to spend approximately 10 minutes on our vibration plate before your massage. Your therapist will then check in with you about how you’re feeling, what you’d like to focus on, and any preferences or relevant changes before beginning your session.
-
We use the vibration plate as a gentle way to help prepare your body for your massage. Whole-body vibration may help encourage circulation, warm and activate the muscles, and support mobility before your hands-on session.
Think of it as a short transition between your day and your massage—helping your body get ready for the work that follows. Use is optional and subject to individual suitability.
-
Your session begins with a brief conversation with your massage therapist about how you're feeling, what you'd like to focus on, and any relevant health information or preferences.
From there, your therapist will tailor the session to your needs while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, draping, and comfort throughout your experience.
-
You may undress to your personal comfort level. You’ll be professionally draped throughout the massage, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Your therapist can also modify the session based on your comfort and preferences.
-
Absolutely. We encourage you to communicate with your therapist about pressure, areas you'd like additional attention on, and areas you'd prefer to avoid.
And your preferences can change during the massage—if something doesn't feel right, let your therapist know.
-
BYBS offers 60-, 80-, and 110-minute massage sessions, allowing you to choose the amount of time that best fits your needs.
Members with an included 60-minute massage credit may also apply that credit toward an 80- or 110-minute session and simply pay the applicable member-rate difference.
-
You can personalize your massage with enhancements such as Hot Stone, Cupping, CBD Topical, Magnesium Cream, and Foot Scrub.
Enhancements are incorporated into your scheduled massage and do not add additional time to the appointment.
-
Yes. Prenatal massage is available when appropriate and is provided by a BYBS-approved prenatal massage therapist.
Please let us know that you're pregnant when booking so we can properly match you with a therapist and review any relevant considerations before your appointment.
-
BYBS generally provides massage therapy for guests age 16 and older.
Guests under 18 require appropriate parent or legal guardian consent, and the consenting parent or guardian remains on the premises during the appointment. Minor guests are matched only with therapists approved by BYBS to provide services to minors.
-
Please tell us when booking and complete your intake information as accurately as possible. Certain circumstances may require modifications, additional review, physician clearance, or matching with a therapist who has specific training.
Our goal is to help determine the appropriate and safe experience for you, rather than expecting you to figure that out on your own.
04
Massage Enhancements
-
Enhancements are optional additions that allow you to personalize your massage based on your preferences and goals for the session. They are incorporated into your scheduled massage time and may include cupping, hot stones, foot scrub, massage tools, magnesium cream, or a CBD/analgesic topical.
-
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, creating a different type of tissue engagement than hands-on massage alone. While traditional massage techniques often use compression and pressure into the tissues, cupping introduces a lifting or decompressive force, giving your therapist another way to work with areas that feel tight or restricted.
Your therapist may leave the cups in place for a period of time or gently glide them across an area, depending on what they are trying to accomplish and your comfort level. Cupping can also be combined with movement and hands-on massage techniques, allowing your therapist to approach an area in several different ways rather than simply increasing pressure.
This can be particularly useful when an area feels resistant to deeper hands-on work. Instead of relying on increasingly firm pressure, your therapist can use cupping as another tool to encourage the tissues to become more mobile and receptive before continuing with hands-on techniques.
At BYBS, cupping isn't intended to replace your massage. It is used alongside hands-on techniques when your therapist believes the combination may provide a more effective and comfortable approach to the areas you want addressed.
The amount of suction and the techniques used can be adjusted throughout the session based on your comfort and how your body responds.
-
It can. Cupping may temporarily leave circular discoloration where the cups were applied. The appearance and length of time the marks remain varies from person to person and can also depend on the technique and level of suction used.
These marks are a possible response to cupping and are not the goal of the treatment. More intense discoloration does not mean the session was more effective.
If you have an upcoming event, prefer not to have visible marks, or have concerns about how your skin responds, let your therapist know before your session. Your therapist can adjust the technique, avoid visible areas, or help you decide whether another enhancement would be a better choice.
-
Smooth, heated stones are incorporated into portions of your massage to provide sustained warmth while your therapist works. Beyond the comforting experience of heat, the warmth can help soften and relax the tissues, making them feel more pliable and receptive to massage techniques.
This can be especially valuable during more focused therapeutic work. When an area is tense, immediately applying heavier pressure isn't always the most effective approach—the body may respond by tightening or guarding against that pressure. Using warmth first can help your therapist gradually prepare the area before progressing into deeper hands-on techniques, allowing for more focused work without relying solely on excessive force.
At BYBS, hot stones are intended to complement hands-on massage—not replace it. Your therapist may alternate between heated stones and traditional massage techniques, using the warmth strategically based on the areas being addressed and your comfort throughout the session.
Hot stones can therefore serve two purposes: providing the deeply comforting experience many guests associate with heated stone massage while also giving your therapist another tool for preparing the tissues for more focused therapeutic work.
-
The foot scrub enhancement gives extra attention to an area that works hard every day but is often overlooked during a massage. Your therapist begins with an exfoliating scrub to help remove dry, rough surface skin, followed by warm towels and a moisturizing cream to leave the feet feeling softer, smoother, and refreshed.
Your feet are then placed in protective liners and warmed booties, allowing the moisturizing cream and gentle warmth to remain in place while your therapist continues working on other areas of the body. Later in the session, the booties are removed and your therapist finishes with hands-on work to the feet.
Beyond the skin-softening benefits, the combination of warmth and focused attention can make the foot portion of your massage feel especially comforting—particularly for guests who spend long hours standing, walking, exercising, or simply enjoy having additional attention given to their feet.
At BYBS, the foot scrub is designed to complement your massage rather than interrupt it. While your feet are comfortably warming, the rest of your session continues, allowing you to enjoy the enhancement without sacrificing hands-on massage time.
-
Enhancements are incorporated into your scheduled massage and do not automatically add time to your appointment.
For hot stones, BYBS gently recommends an 80-minute massage whenever possible. Incorporating hot stones properly takes time. Your therapist must apply massage medium, introduce the stones at a safe and comfortable temperature, incorporate the warmth into the areas being addressed, and still allow sufficient time for the hands-on techniques that remain an important part of your massage.
Hot stones can be incorporated into a 60-minute session, but choosing 80 minutes allows your therapist more time to blend the stones and hands-on work together without taking as much time away from the massage itself.
-
Magnesium cream is applied topically and incorporated into your massage in selected areas. Because formulations vary, BYBS will provide information about the specific product and ingredients used in the studio. Please let your therapist know about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns before application.
-
This enhancement incorporates a targeted topical product into selected areas of your massage. The experience—including warming, cooling, or other sensations—will depend on the specific formulation used by BYBS. Product ingredients and important usage information will be available before application, and guests should disclose known allergies or sensitivities.
-
Yes, when appropriate. Your therapist can help determine which enhancements work well together and can reasonably be incorporated into your scheduled session without taking away from the massage itself.
-
Not always. Certain enhancements may not be appropriate based on skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures, injuries, or other health considerations. Your therapist will review relevant information with you and may modify or decline an enhancement when necessary for safety.
-
Your therapist incorporates specialized massage tools into portions of your session to complement hands-on techniques and provide a different type of focused pressure or tissue engagement. The tools and techniques used may vary based on the area being addressed, your preferences, and your therapist's assessment.

Cryotherapy
-
Whole-body cryotherapy is a brief wellness experience that exposes the body to extremely cold temperatures in a controlled environment for approximately 3–5 minutes.
The short exposure is designed to create a whole-body response while keeping the experience quick and intentional.
-
It’s cold—but only for a few minutes. You’ll feel the temperature quickly, but the experience is brief, and our team will guide you through the session from start to finish.
You can communicate with us throughout your experience, and your session can be stopped at any time if you become uncomfortable.
-
We’ll provide specific preparation and clothing instructions before your first cryotherapy session so you know exactly what to expect. Requirements may vary based on the equipment and safety protocol used at BYBS.
-
Not necessarily. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other circumstances may make cryotherapy inappropriate or require additional review.
You’ll complete appropriate screening before your first session, and we encourage you to let us know about any relevant health changes before future visits. When in doubt, our team will help you determine the appropriate next step.
-
How often you use cryotherapy can depend on your goals, individual circumstances, and the applicable safety guidelines. Our team can help you understand the available options once we’ve completed your screening.
-
In many cases, yes. BYBS is designed so massage and wellness experiences can complement one another as part of a broader routine.
The appropriate combination and order may vary based on the services selected and your individual circumstances, so we’ll help you plan your visit accordingly.
06
Red Light Therapy
-
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to expose the body to therapeutic light in a comfortable, non-invasive setting.
At BYBS, sessions take place in a full-body light pod for approximately 15 minutes, allowing you to relax while your body is exposed to the light.
-
Red and near-infrared light are used to support cellular energy and recovery. Depending on the individual and treatment goals, red light therapy may support muscle recovery, circulation, skin health, and overall wellness.
Results and experiences vary, and red light therapy is intended to complement—not replace—appropriate medical care.
-
Red light therapy is generally a comfortable and relaxing experience. You’ll lie inside the full-body pod while the light surrounds your body for approximately 15 minutes.
Unlike cryotherapy, there’s no extreme cold involved—this is your chance to settle in, relax, and let the technology do the work.
-
Because red light needs appropriate access to the skin, clothing and preparation can affect your session. We’ll provide clear instructions before your first visit so you know how to prepare while remaining comfortable and appropriately covered.
Final preparation guidelines will follow the equipment and safety protocols used at BYBS.
-
Not necessarily. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, light sensitivity, or other circumstances may require additional review or make red light therapy inappropriate.
You’ll complete appropriate screening before your first session, and we encourage you to tell us about relevant health or medication changes before future visits.
-
In many cases, yes. Red light therapy may be incorporated into the same visit as massage or another BYBS wellness experience when appropriate.
The best combination and order can depend on the services selected and your individual circumstances, so our team can help you plan your visit.
07
Sound Therapy
-
AmpCoil combines Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology with sound to create a relaxing, non-invasive wellness experience.
During your approximately 30-minute session, you’ll relax while the AmpCoil system delivers its programmed experience—no massage table work or physical manipulation required.
-
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field. The technology uses controlled electromagnetic pulses that interact with the body’s natural electrical activity.
At BYBS, PEMF is offered as part of a wellness experience designed to support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.
-
AmpCoil is a passive experience—you simply get comfortable and relax while your selected session runs.
Depending on the experience, you may hear sound and feel subtle sensations, while some guests may not notice much physically at all. There’s no need to “feel” something specific for the session to be completed.
-
Comfortable clothing is a great choice. Unlike massage, you remain clothed during your AmpCoil experience.
We’ll walk you through any additional preparation before your session so you can settle in comfortably.
-
Not necessarily. Certain implanted electronic devices, pregnancy, health conditions, or other circumstances may require additional review or make PEMF inappropriate.
You’ll complete appropriate screening before your first session, and we encourage you to let us know about relevant health changes before future visits.
-
In many cases, yes. AmpCoil may be incorporated into the same visit as massage or another BYBS wellness experience when appropriate.
If you're interested in combining services, our team can help you plan an experience that makes sense for your goals, schedule, and individual considerations.
-
Not at all. You don't need to understand the technology before experiencing it.
We’ll explain what to expect, answer your questions, and guide you through your session so you can simply settle in and experience it for yourself.
08
Your Visit to BYBS
-
Your first visit is about getting comfortable with BYBS and giving us the information we need to personalize your experience.
Depending on the service you’ve selected, you’ll complete any necessary intake and screening, meet with a member of our team, and have an opportunity to ask questions before your experience begins. We’ll guide you through the process so you know what to expect along the way.
-
Yes. When available for your service, you’ll have the option to complete your intake forms electronically before your appointment.
Completing them ahead of time means less paperwork when you arrive and more time to settle in. If you haven’t completed them beforehand, no worries—you can take care of them when you check in.
-
-
For most visits, there’s very little you need to bring. Come prepared to share any relevant health information and let us know if anything has changed since your last visit.
Certain wellness experiences may have additional preparation recommendations, which we’ll communicate to you when appropriate.
-
Not at all. If you’re unsure whether massage, cryotherapy, red light therapy, AmpCoil, or a combination of experiences makes the most sense for you, our team can help you explore your options.
Tell us what you’re hoping to get out of your visit, and we’ll help you identify an appropriate place to start.
-
Absolutely. Membership is not required to experience BYBS.
You’re welcome to book individual massage and wellness experiences at our regular rates. Membership simply provides additional benefits and preferred pricing for guests who want to make BYBS a more consistent part of their routine.
-
Gratuity is optional and not included in membership dues or service pricing. Any gratuity provided is at your discretion.
For our 110-minute massage, a gratuity of $40 or more is suggested in recognition of the extended time and bodywork provided by your therapist.
-
We want you to feel comfortable before you arrive. If there’s something you’re unsure about—whether it’s choosing a service, preparing for your appointment, membership, or a health consideration—reach out to the BYBS team and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
